HR Coordinator -
AvEx (locally owned & operated) in New Iberia is seeking a qualified HR
Coordinator to support their aircraft paint production facility in the area
of employee relations, interviewing and selection, EEO, drug testing
program, compensation and benefits administration, unemployment, coaching
and counseling, and all other human resources and functional requirements.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day HR administration
of the New Iberia and Lake Charles sites. Undergraduate degree in Business
Administration, Human Resources, or related field required with a minimum of
3-5 years general human resources experience, preferably at the operational
